I started as a visual and interaction designer but what I do today is usually labelled as strategic design or product-service design.

I mix methodologies like design thinking or customer development to drive innovation and ease change in organisations of all sizes.

My role as Lead Designer and Project Lead at Designit allows me to guide and co-create with clients and teams through the design process. From ethnography to prototyping to UI fine-tuning, I focus on reducing uncertainty and in turning insights and opportunities into viable products and services.

I’m hands-on. In a typical week I use my design skills to map user journeys, create service concepts, define visual design directions or to code up prototypes; while still leading user research activities, running co-creation workshops or collaborating with engineering teams.

Over the past 7 years, I’ve been part of innovation and design projects for companies like Huawei, Microsoft, ThyssenKrupp or Santander. I’ve also helped early-stage startups strengthen their products.
